actually i have lost weight from it. But I would put it in a smoothie or I would pour some in my water bottle and mix it up. Maybe not everyone will lose weight from that but the fact is it is good to consume. The food industry is extremely warped with all sorts of chemicals in foods as well we are around many things that can cause cancer. Stuff like acai or even blueberries full of antioxidents can help prevent cancer. It has lots of health benefits even if not everyone losses weight from it

u can pretty much eat almost any food as long as u watch ur portions. thats the best weight loss way 2 go
apparently antioxidants don’t do shit if you consume too much.

I want to say the EXACT same thing with “summercures2″, i searched a lot about acai berry, they said the pill is actually the extract, and they usually cheap, the real freeze dried one is usually over $ 50 at least, coz it way too expensive, so i believe acai berry can reduce weight but you have to eat THE REAL THING, not the capsule one. the capsule one is only extract
She tried the “extract” which doesn’t contain the full health effects of an actual acai berry. Acai “blends” also do not contain the full benfits of the acai berry. The highest quality acai supplement would be one that is freeze dried. All other processing methods don’t preserve the berry as well (acai berries expire after 1 day if not processed properly). Look for “freeze dried” on the label when purchasing and avoid blends and extracts.
