I keep seeing adds about Acai Berry Supreme online as well as the Super Colon Cleanse that are supposed to promote weight loss. Has anyone tried either of these and if so what were your results?

I have the Acai liquid Splash from GNC. I really like it. I put two teaspons in small glass of water with an ice cube and sucked it down with a straw. I can feel the energy difference everytime.
i’ve tried them a while ago with no result ( they’re impossible to maintain). the best diet for me is the enviro diet! just bike or walk if ever possible and get your food from local farmers. i’ve been doing it for month and have dropped 20 pounds( i actually lost more than that but then i got toned). i feel great and exercise while going from place to place
